Job Responsibilities

· Own the 'brand to demand' marketing strategy for Webex and the collaboration solutions portfolio in the Asia-Pacific market.

· Develop and implement the country marketing strategy aligned with growth targets.

· Collaborate closely with Webex regional and global marketing teams to execute integrated marketing and communications programs aligned with the country plan.

· Serve as a key member of the Webex Customer Experience management team in Asia-Pacific, working in tandem with sales leaders to drive growth strategies.

· Lead and advise on digital marketing strategy for the portfolio, including demand generation and social media.

· Liaise with Brand, PR, and Demand Generation agencies.

· Plan and oversee virtual and physical events to boost adoption, engagement, and pipeline.

· Collaborate with key partners to drive aligned marketing programs.

· Shape global, regional, and in-country campaigns and content strategy based on local market insights.

· Gain comprehensive understanding of the business, market, and customers through continuous analysis, driving demand generation, brand, and communications KPIs.
 

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in marketing or a Business-related field.

· 5+ years of marketing experience within B2B/SaaS industry

· Strong understanding of the SaaS and applications market.

· Experience working with agencies to support the delivery of the marketing plan.

· Proven experience collaborating with global and country teams.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

· Highly motivated individual thriving in a fast-paced team environment and adaptable to changing market and organizational requirements.

· Strong project management skills, capable of executing marketing programs from planning to measurement.

· Experience driving field marketing strategies that generate measurable demand.
