Open Enrollment Project:

• Start November 1st 2023-December 31st 2023 (longer and full time if you are interested in more than project work)

• We assist with enrollment into the ACA for qualifying recipients. Our agents work in office and take calls from enrollees to answer questions and assist in the plan selection and enrollment process.

• The position is in office Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM in Deerfield Beach.

• The position pays between $20-$25 per hour and will offer 40 hours per week with possible overtime if you are interested. Final pay rate offer will be based upon your licenses and certification information and made only after an in person interview at our office.

Duties:

We are working on open enrollment for ACA eligible recipients for 2024. Open enrollment runs from November 1st through December 31st. Agents will be taking inbound calls, screening candidates to confirm eligibility, reviewing available policies, based upon the candidates specifics and what they are eligible for. Once eligibility is confirmed, agents review the options and assist the caller with enrollment. This position requires no sales or outbound cold calling. This position requires patience, empathy and a kind demeanor. We are always hiring agents for traditional health insurance sales so if you are interested in staying on after our open enrollment project, we are happy to discuss during the interview. We need people who can work the entire project from November 1st through December 31st (Holidays & Weekends off)

Qualifications:

240 OR 215 State Licenses, valid and up to date FMM Certificate Required (We will provide materials and test as well as submit for the certification if you do not already have one.) Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills for assessing client needs and recommending appropriate coverage options Professional demeanor with the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
